My teammates started a playbook for contributing to production code with AI. To shape this, I'm collaborating with engineers to strengthen shared ownership of shipped product quality. This includes shipping PRs and experimenting with plugins to a) lower the barrier for designers and b) make it easier for engineers to review.

From team proof of concept to org-wide practice
We're pressure-testing within our smaller design team and collecting adoption and engagement signals. Next I'll socialize with design ops to formalize and scale for all 100+ Toast designers, so we can continue to raise the bar together.
